The curation result is communicated by email. There are two possible outcomes.

If your registration is accepted, your QR code ticket is sent by email / WhatsApp around one to two weeks before the event, for check-in at the venue.

Accepted attendees receive the QR code ticket around one to two weeks before the event. The exact date is not final yet.

Why do I need to provide all this information?
Complete information helps the Mekari Conference team carry out the curation process smoothly and accurately.
Can I register a colleague?
Yes, but fill in each person’s own details. QR code tickets are sent to the registered email or WhatsApp number, so a repeated email counts as a duplicate and that registration cannot receive a ticket.
